Today we had a ½ day trip from 1:30 to 6 pm. The ride to the fishing grounds was uneventful, sunny skies, smooth sailing. What makes these trips fun is when children are aboard and they catch their first career fish. We had 2 kids on today, both caught their first career strippers before we left the dock, they caught the first haddock of their lives and one caught his first cod in the deeper water. The fishing was good, the catching of legal fish was a little slow, we did manage a few keeper haddock, whiting, and mud hake. The elusive cod made their presence known, but not the green eyed spiny dogfish. Sunday funday.

This week we will spend a few days on boat maintenance, and hope to run the following trips……..

Friday, All Day Fishing 7am – 4pm
Sunday, 3/4 Day Fishing 7am – 1pm
Sunday, Half Day Fishing 1:30pm – 6pm
