Wednesday July 20, 2016     3/4 Day Fishing

Today we left the dock for a ¾ day trip under breezy sunny skies. The wind was blowing out of the north, but did not create anything uncomfortable, we sat perfectly on the anchor and there were very few signs of seasickness. The fishing and catching was very good from start to finish.

The catch included a good redfish catch, more Pollock than we have been seeing lately, and many good size haddock. The haddock count was 1 keeper for every sub legal fish. We had very few nuisance fish (cod and dogs) today. The pool winner was a last stop end of the trip 6 lb Pollock proving once again, fish to the final buzzer. There was action all around the boat for the entire trip today, one of our best ¾ trips of the year.
